Product Overview
This flange type metal bellows compensator belongs to the large-diameter universal pipeline expansion joint, mainly composed of stainless steel bellows, carbon steel flanges at both ends, and limit rod components. Model DN1600, widely used in thermal, power plant, chemical, metallurgical, ventilation and dust removal pipeline systems, to absorb displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, compensate for thermal deformation, reduce pipeline stress, protect equipment and pipeline networks, and also absorb small amounts of settlement and vibration displacement.

Structural Composition
1. Bellows body: Made of austenitic stainless steel plate, multi-layer thin-walled corrugated forming, with good elastic deformation ability, temperature and pressure resistance, and fatigue resistance, it is the core component for displacement compensation.

2. Two end flange: Carbon steel flange, with standard bolt holes on the flange surface for easy connection with on-site pipeline flanges, stable connection, and suitable for installation of large-diameter pipelines.

3. Limit rod assembly: composed of rod, bolt, and support. Under normal operating conditions, limit protection is used to prevent the corrugated pipe from exceeding its stroke and stretching or compressing; The transportation and lifting process serves to reinforce and protect the corrugated pipe from damage caused by transportation collisions, and can withstand pipeline pressure and thrust in case of accidents.

4. Tube joint connection: Carbon steel tube joint, connecting flange and corrugated pipe, transitional connection, enhancing overall rigidity.
