Product Overview
The compound corrugated compensator (also known as the large pull rod transverse corrugated compensator) consists of two sets of corrugated pipes, an intermediate cylinder, and a large pull rod limit component. It is mainly used to absorb lateral displacement of the pipeline and can also absorb a small amount of angular displacement, without absorbing axial displacement. The product has a large compensation capacity, low stiffness, and strong pressure bearing capacity. It is commonly used in large-diameter thermal, flue gas, and ventilation duct systems, and can effectively absorb the lateral displacement caused by pipeline thermal expansion, protecting the safety of pipelines and equipment.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: Two sets of formed stainless steel corrugated components, made of 304/316L material, temperature and pressure resistant, flexible deformation and displacement absorption.

2. Intermediate cylinder: Carbon steel intermediate connecting shell, sandblasted for rust removal and anti-corrosion coating, separated by two sets of corrugated pipes.

3. Two end connection: Carbon steel butt joint connection, used for welding connection with pipelines, marked with arrows indicating the flow direction of the medium.

4. Large pull rod limit component: high-strength pull rod, pin shaft, ball joint support, bear pressure and thrust, limit excessive stretching and compression of the corrugated pipe, and prevent excessive deformation and damage of the corrugated pipe.

5. Lifting ear support: Equipment lifting support support, convenient for on-site lifting and positioning.

Product Features
1. It mainly absorbs lateral displacement and can withstand a small amount of angular displacement, but cannot compensate for axial displacement. It relies on the large tension rod to withstand the blind plate thrust generated by the medium pressure, and the pipeline does not require a fixed support with huge thrust.

2. Large compensation amount, suitable for large-diameter pipelines, can be made from DN300 to DN4000, suitable for high-temperature flue gas, hot air, steam, hot water and other media.

3. The overall structural strength is high and the fatigue resistance is good. The corrugated pipe adopts hydraulic forming technology, and the weld quality is reliable.

4. The large pull rod structure bears pressure thrust, limiting the pressure thrust within the compensator body and reducing the cost of pipeline support engineering.

5. Smooth circulation, low flow resistance, no medium eddy currents, suitable for working conditions with smoke and impurities.

6. Can be used for overhead pipelines, flues, and hot air ducts, but not suitable for direct burial underground conditions.
