Product Overview
This series of PTFE lined corrugated compensators can be made of 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, with PTFE PTFE lining inside. It belongs to the composite pipeline expansion joint. The product combines the structural strength of stainless steel with the excellent anti-corrosion performance of PTFE material, and is used for corrosive medium pipelines. It absorbs axial, transverse, and angular displacements caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, buffers equipment vibration, releases pipeline stress, and avoids damage to pipelines and equipment due to thermal deformation. It is widely used in strong corrosion conditions such as chemical, environmental desulfurization, pharmaceutical, acid pickling, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Inner lining PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene layer: It directly contacts the medium, isolates acid, alkali, and organic solvents from corrosion of the metal substrate, ensures the cleanliness of the medium, and does not produce secondary pollution.

2. Ripple body: 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel can be selected. 2205 duplex steel enhances its resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion, and is suitable for high chloride ion working conditions; Bellows provide flexible deformation and achieve stretch compensation.

3. Flange: Made of the same material stainless steel flange, the sealing surface of the flange is fitted with PTFE lining to ensure sealing performance and facilitate on-site bolt docking.

4. Limit rod assembly: composed of a rod, nut, and gasket, it serves as a safety limit mechanism to limit the maximum compensation amount, withstand partial pressure thrust, and prevent damage caused by excessive displacement of the corrugated pipe.

1. Multiple materials to choose from, suitable for different corrosion conditions
304 is suitable for general weak corrosion conditions; 316L is suitable for ordinary acid and salt media; 2205 duplex stainless steel has outstanding resistance to pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion in media with high chloride ion content, solving the problem of easy corrosion and perforation of ordinary stainless steel. The PTFE lining is almost resistant to most strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, and organic solvents.

2. Composite structure, balancing strength and corrosion resistance
The PTFE lining is responsible for corrosion prevention, while the external stainless steel corrugated pipe provides mechanical strength and pressure bearing capacity, filling the gap of insufficient pressure bearing of pure PTFE products and achieving the integration of corrosion prevention, pressure bearing, and compensation.

3. Multi directional displacement compensation, vibration reduction and noise reduction
It can absorb axial expansion, lateral displacement, and angular deflection displacement of pipelines, while reducing the vibration transmitted by pump and fan operation, reducing pipeline noise, and protecting valves and backend equipment.

4. Limit safety protection
Configure limit rods to limit the maximum allowable expansion and contraction of the product, avoiding inner lining tearing and corrugated pipe failure caused by system displacement, and improving the safety of pipeline operation.

5. Reliable sealing, easy installation and maintenance
Standard flange connection form, direct bolt assembly on site; The welding seam is finely processed, with no overall risk of leakage, making it easy for later maintenance and replacement.

6. Wide temperature range usage
Suitable for working temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 200 ℃, it can operate stably in high and low temperature corroded pipelines without medium precipitation, and can also be used in some clean process pipelines.
