The steam turbine gland sleeve is a critical structural component in the internal stator-rotor sealing system of steam turbines. Installed inside the cylinder, it cooperates with gland teeth on the rotor to form a labyrinth-type sealing structure. This system primarily controls axial and radial steam leakage at each stage, preventing high-pressure steam outflow or air ingress into low-pressure zones, thereby effectively improving thermal efficiency and operational safety.
Our steam turbine gland sleeves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with national and industrial standards. They are widely applicable to thermal power units of 300 MW, 600 MW, 1000 MW classes as well as industrial steam turbines.
Product Features
High-precision Structural Design: 3D computational fluid dynamics simulation optimizes sealing cavity structure. Reasonable layout of gland-tooth positions and clearances minimizes steam leakage and improves unit economic performance.
Premium Heat-resistant & Corrosion-resistant Materials: High-strength heat-resistant alloy steel with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term service under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
Precision Machining & Assembly: Manufactured by CNC turning, milling, wire-cutting and precision welding processes. Critical dimension tolerances including inner bore, split-joint clearance and locating pin holes are controlled within ±0.02 mm. High concentricity after assembly ensures stable operation.
Surface Strengthening Treatment: Optional processes including surface spraying (Ni-based alloy, Co-based alloy), nitriding and laser cladding further enhance wear and erosion resistance, extending service life.
