Our custom-engineered 600 MW steam turbine diaphragms are core stationary components for large-scale thermal power generating units. Installed inside turbine casings, they hold stationary nozzle blades, separate pressure stages, guide high-temperature & high-pressure steam flow, and convert steam thermal energy into kinetic energy for rotor rotation.
Diaphragm manufacturing quality directly determines unit heat-rate, generating efficiency and long-term safe & stable operation.
Custom Engineering Solutions
We deliver fully tailor-made diaphragms for 600 MW sub-critical and super-critical turbine units. According to stage pressure, steam temperature-pressure parameters, flow path requirements and installation dimensions, we complete material selection, structural optimization, stationary blade assembly, welding and precision machining.
Customizable inner-outer ring dimension, stationary-blade airfoil profile, nozzle chamber structure, labyrinth sealing tooth layout and mounting interface. Strictly follow original drawings for spare-part replacement with optimized redesign for flow-path retrofit to upgrade unit efficiency.
Mature Welding & Stress-relieving Treatment
Qualified welding procedures for diaphragm sub-assemblies with stress-relieving heat treatment after welding to eliminate residual stress. Maintains stable radial & axial clearance between diaphragm and rotor, lowering shaft vibration risk.
Comprehensive Quality Assurance System
Each diaphragm undergoes multi-item inspections including non-destructive testing (UT, MT), dimensional accuracy check, blade profile detection and assembly-clearance verification, complying with thermal power equipment industry standards.
Application Scenarios
Specially designed for 600 MW sub-critical / super-critical steam turbine units, suitable for HP, IP and LP cylinder stages. Widely applied for:
New thermal power plant construction
Turbine flow-path performance retrofit
Unit overhaul spare-part supply
Damaged-diaphragm replacement
