Oil pressure difference exists between adjacent bearing housings of steam turbine units, which can lead to oil churning, oil leakage, and oil contamination. Installed on the rotor journal between two bearing housings, the intermediate oil baffle acts as the key component to balance oil-pressure difference. Equipped with a floating self-adaptive structure and multi-stage throttling passages, it dynamically diverts oil flow from the high-pressure side and buffers pressure on the low-pressure side, offsetting pressure difference step-by-step and preventing cross-flow of lubricating oil.   • Multi-stage Throttling for Gradual Pressure Reduction
    Multi-layer labyrinth throttling grooves are integrated inside the intermediate oil baffle. When lubricating oil from the high-pressure side flows through, damping effect is generated via abrupt clearance changes to reduce oil pressure progressively. This prevents high-pressure oil from directly rushing into the low-pressure bearing housing and mitigates impact caused by pressure difference.
  • Floating Fitting for Dynamic Pressure Equalization
    The floating-type structure enables the inner ring to achieve self-adaptive concentricity with the rotor, maintaining uniform and controllable radial clearance.
