Our custom-built Diaphragm Carrier Ring is a core stationary component for steam turbines, designed to hold and support multi-stage turbine diaphragms inside the turbine casing. Manufactured per customer drawings, technical specifications and operating-condition requirements, this heavy-duty cast-alloy housing delivers stable positioning for diaphragm assemblies, optimizes steam flow layout, shortens turbine axial dimension, and simplifies on-site assembly & disassembly procedures.

Secure mounting and precise positioning for multi-stage turbine diaphragms inside turbine casing
