Full-range non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT) implemented after forging, heat treatment, and finishing. Complete material certificates, mechanical test reports, and inspection records are supplied for every rotor.
Avoid over-design or insufficient performance caused by standardized products. We adjust material grade, structural strength, and machining scheme according to actual startup-shutdown frequency, temperature fluctuation, and medium environment to extend service life and lower maintenance cost.
