Valve sleeves are critical sliding matching components located inside steam turbine main stop valves, regulating valves, and intercept valves. These components directly withstand high-temperature steam scouring, thermal deformation, and frequent friction with valve plugs.
We provide comprehensive custom manufacturing services for all specifications of turbine valve sleeves, supporting customization based on customer drawings, samples, and unit operation parameters. Our solutions are compatible with both domestic and imported steam turbine units, ranging from small industrial turbines to large thermal power generating sets.
All valve sleeves are manufactured using high-temperature resistant alloy steel forgings and completed through multi-process CNC turning, precision boring, heat treatment, and inner hole honing. This ensures stable mechanical performance under demanding high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

Each valve sleeve undergoes comprehensive testing including dimensional inspection, hardness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection (UT), penetrant testing (PT), metallographic analysis, and assembly matching tests. All inspection reports are delivered together with the finished products.
