Our custom turbine valve discs serve as core sealing components for steam turbine control valves, stop valves, and safety valves. All products utilize high-performance heat-resistant alloy steel materials, processed through multi-axis CNC precision machining, heat treatment, and high-precision grinding. This ensures stable mechanical performance in demanding high-temperature, high-pressure, and steam erosion environments.

Full Customizable Design
Customize outer diameter, inner hole, sealing curve, mounting holes, boss structure, thickness, and flow profile according to customer specifications. We support non-standard special structure customization for both imported and domestic turbine units.
High-Grade Raw Material Selection
Material options include 12Cr13, 15Cr1Mo1V, F91/F92, 410 stainless steel, and other turbine-dedicated heat-resistant alloys. All raw materials come with material test certificates and offer low creep deformation with excellent anti-steam oxidation and anti-scour performance.
Ultra Precision Machining Technology
Advanced CNC turning and milling for complex curved sealing surfaces, precision grinding for sealing contact faces (roughness Ra≤0.8μm), strict tolerance control for fit sizes to eliminate steam leakage, and optional surface hardening treatments including nitriding, hard chromium plating, and overlay welding stellite alloy to extend service life.
Strict Quality Control System
Every valve disc undergoes comprehensive inspection including dimensional measurement, hardness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, penetration testing, and sealing performance testing. All test reports are provided for factory acceptance.

Our valve discs are compatible with back-pressure turbines, condensing turbines, extraction turbines, and high/middle/low pressure steam turbine valve sets.
