Featuring a robust heavy steel welded frame, motorized/hydraulic expansion spindle, pneumatic pressing arm, photoelectric buffer loop control, and variable frequency speed regulation, this system delivers stable tension and synchronous uncoiling performance.
Designed to operate seamlessly with MT high-speed presses (SPM 150-1000), it effectively prevents material scattering, scratching, and overlapping. Ideal for precision thin coil applications including terminal, connector, motor lamination, stainless steel, copper strip, and aluminum coil processing.
Constructed from heavy steel plate welded structure with comprehensive stress relief annealing treatment. Delivers exceptional stability and minimal vibration, making it suitable for long-term high-speed operation alongside MT series presses.
Four-piece expansion shaft structure available in standard manual expansion or optional hydraulic automatic expansion configurations. Enables fast and convenient coil loading/unloading with stable clamping performance for heavy coils.
Equipped with pneumatic material pressing arm, supporting arm, and photoelectric frequency conversion buffer loop. Ensures precise synchronous uncoiling with MT high-speed press feeding, maintaining stable tension and preventing material damage.
Frequency conversion motor drive with stepless speed adjustment range of 0-15m/min. Closed-loop tension control provides perfect synchronization with MT press high-speed feeding, eliminating slack or tension break issues.
Incorporates material end automatic stop, overload protection, and emergency stop functions. Spindle features hard chrome plating with wear-resistant expansion blocks, ensuring low failure rates and extended service life for high-speed production environments.
Compatible with various precision metal coils including cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, high tensile strip, and terminal materials. Handles material thickness ranging from 0.1-3.2mm.
