Its optimized flow ensures deep penetration and full encapsulation of complex shapes, providing reliable resistance to moisture, dust, and mechanical stress. Rated UL94 V-0 and fully RoHS/REACH-compliant and halogen-free, it operates from –40°C to 120°C, with thermal conductivity ≥0.5 W/m·K and water absorption ≤0.5% for long-term durability in demanding environments.
