Robust Flexible Coupler – Maintain Continuous, Smooth, and Reliable Production
This fully automatic flexible connector production line is a high-performance equipment independently developed and produced by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd. It is specially used for processing and manufacturing various flexible connectors, widely used in ventilation, dust removal, pipeline and other supporting systems. The whole machine adopts integrated design, stable operation, high forming accuracy and strong durability, which can fully meet the mass production needs of global customers.
The machine is suitable for processing galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 0.3-0.6 mm and width of 50-105 mm, and can match fireproof fabric with width of 120-450 mm. The width of finished flexible connectors can be adjusted between 180-600 mm to meet different size requirements. The complete production process includes uncoiling, servo feeding and punching, roll forming, secondary punching, cutting and material collecting, realizing fully automatic continuous production and greatly improving production efficiency.
With 12 forming stands, the machine ensures smooth and precise profile forming. The main shaft is made of high-strength Cr40 steel with fine machining, and the rollers adopt high-grade Gcr15 bearing steel with 0.05 mm hard chrome plating, which features high wear resistance and long service life. The frame is welded by 80×80 square tubes with 14 mm thick vertical plates, providing strong rigidity and stability for long-term continuous operation.
Equipped with a 3 KW main motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the machine runs stably at a speed of 6-8 m/min. It adopts PLC automatic control system to realize synchronous coordination of feeding, forming, punching and cutting. The standard voltage is 380V/50Hz/3Phase, which can be customized according to customer needs. The compact structure of about 3.5m × 2m × 1.5m saves installation space and is convenient for transportation and layout.
