The high-altitude tile press hydraulic lifting platform is specialized equipment for on-site forming and processing of roof and wall panels at construction sites. Designed to work with various sheet materials including color steel plate, galvanized plate, and aluminum plate, it ensures flexibility for different construction needs.
The platform processes sheets with a thickness of 0.3mm to 1.0mm and can produce tiles with a radius of ≥6 meters. It operates on a 380V power supply with a power rating of 11KW, providing stable and continuous power for high-altitude operations. The standard platform weighs about 13.5 tons, with an optional increased type available for higher load requirements.
Compatible with all Jiaochi series and roof panel forming machines, the platform supports motor-reducer drive systems and hydraulic shearing functions. This allows it to work in tandem with various forming equipment, creating a seamless workflow from raw material to finished product at height.
The platform's ability to perform on-site high-altitude forming eliminates the need for transporting large pre-formed panels, reducing transportation risks and costs. It also improves construction efficiency and safety, making it an invaluable tool for modern construction projects.
