The high-altitude tile press hydraulic lifting platform is a specialized equipment designed for high-altitude processing and forming of roof and wall panels. It is widely used in the construction industry to improve work efficiency and safety during on-site tile forming operations. Compatible with various sheet materials including color steel plate, galvanized plate, and aluminum plate, it meets the diverse processing needs of different building projects.
This lifting platform supports sheet thicknesses from 0.3mm to 1.0mm, with a tile output radius range of ≥6 meters. It operates on a 380V power supply with a power of 11KW, ensuring stable power output for continuous high-altitude processing. The standard platform weighs about 13.5 tons, with an optional increased type available to meet higher load requirements.
The equipment is compatible with all Jiaochi series and roof panel forming machines, supporting motor and reducer drive systems as well as hydraulic shearing functions. This strong compatibility allows it to seamlessly integrate with existing production lines, enabling a complete process flow from sheet forming to shearing directly at high altitude.
With its stable hydraulic lifting system, the platform provides reliable support for high-altitude operations, reducing the need for traditional scaffolding and improving construction safety. It enables on-site forming and processing of large-area roof panels, effectively reducing transportation costs and material waste, making it an ideal solution for large-scale construction projects.
