This integrated production line runs a complete and efficient process: material feeding, roll forming, laser welding, straightening, and non-stop cutting. It is specially designed for 0.6mm galvanized steel, ensuring smooth material movement, uniform forming, and excellent welding performance. The optimized workflow reduces material waste and delivers finished pipes with accurate size, good straightness, and clean surface finish.
The decoiling system uses a heavy-duty integrated tension structure with 2.0 tons loading capacity, supporting a maximum strip width of 400mm and Φ500 coil inner diameter. The Φ80 high-rigidity main shaft and manual tensioning provide stable and reliable feeding, laying a solid foundation for high-precision forming and welding.
The main forming unit adopts a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling for excellent rigidity and precision. It has 55 forming stations with Cr12 mould steel rollers (HRC55-58) and Φ60 45# steel shafts. Four 5.5KW motors and high-grade Harbin bearings ensure smooth, low-noise and long-lasting running. Production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min through PLC and inverter control.
Equipped with a 3KW high-configuration laser welding system and PLC touch screen control, this machine offers stable welding quality and easy operation.
