The IGBT-IPM R series 1200V / 50A is a 6-in-one-package intelligent power module designed for low power loss and soft switching applications. It features direct junction temperature detection for temperature protection, high performance and reliability with overheating protection, and a reduced number of parts in the built-in control circuit for enhanced reliability. Compatible with existing IPM-N series packages, this module is suitable for various inverter applications.
