The Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge for Drilling Waste Separation is designed to separate oil, water, and solid particles from drilling waste and oil-based mud.
During drilling operations, waste streams often contain a mixture of drilling fluid, rock cuttings, oil phase, and fine solids. The three-phase decanter centrifuge uses centrifugal force to continuously separate these components, recover valuable liquid phases, and reduce waste disposal costs.
It is suitable for oilfield drilling waste management, mud recovery, cuttings treatment, and closed-loop drilling systems.

Mixed drilling waste containing oil, water, and solids enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
Under centrifugal force, high-density solid particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
The lighter oil phase moves toward the center area while water remains as the middle liquid phase.
The scroll continuously transports separated solids toward the discharge end.
