The Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge for Lubricant Oil Sludge Treatment continuously separates recoverable oil, water, and concentrated solids from used lubricant sludge.
It is suitable for waste engine oil, lubricant storage sludge, oil-recycling feedstock, blending-tank residues, and oily maintenance waste.
Aged lubricant oil can be difficult to pump and separate.
Controlled heating reduces viscosity and improves three-phase separation.
Detergents, dispersants, oxidation products, and fine solids may stabilize the emulsion.
Demulsifier dosing and suitable mixing time may be required.
