The Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge for Waste Tire Pyrolysis Oil Recovery continuously separates recovered pyrolysis oil, free water, and carbon-rich solids from conditioned tire-pyrolysis sludge.
It is suitable for pyrolysis oil tank residues, condensed oil sludge, carbon-black fines, ash, rust, and oily wastewater generated during waste-tire recycling.
Carbon black and ash particles are fine and abrasive, requiring effective wear protection.
Heating may be required to improve fluidity and phase separation.
Fine carbon particles and process chemicals can stabilize emulsions.
Oil, water, and solids ratios may change between production batches.
Closed construction and explosion-proof components may be required.
