Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this lancet tip injection needle? A1: We mainly supply 304 and 316L stainless steel. Select 316L if the needle contacts liquid reagent for better corrosion resistance.
Q2: What surface finish is used for this lancet tip injection needle? A2: We apply standard surface finish Ra0.8-1.0μm for this product. If you have special high polishing requirements, please inform us in advance for separate process evaluation and quotation.
Q3: Can we adjust the lancet bevel angle and tip sharpness? A3: Yes, the bevel angle, tip shape and sharpness are fully customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical requirements or reference samples for confirmation.
