  • It incorporates advanced intermediate frequency induction heating and vacuum/protective atmosphere systems, enabling ultra-high-temperature operations (attaining 3200C) to fulfill the rigorous sintering and heat treatment needs of various advanced materials.
  • Available in three models, it supplies flexible options for small-batch experiments or sample preparation. Adopts IGBT control (paired with Japanese Shimaden FP93 temperature controller) and American Raytek infrared temperature measurement (covering 1000℃–3200℃), ensuring precise temperature regulation ±5℃ uniformity.
  • Working at vacuum or Argon (micro positive pressure) atmosphere, with a closed inner circulating water cooling system for stable heat dissipation. Optional configurations (e.g., gas purifier) can be customized to match specific material processing requirements, making it ideal for R&D and small-scale production in material science field.

  • Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of boric anhydride, vanadium carbide powder,graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
  • Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide, and other high-performance ceramic components.
  • Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides, radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
