Our printing grade sodium alginate is a natural high-performance thickener specially developed for textile reactive printing. Extracted from high-quality brown seaweed, it is available in powder and granular forms. It features excellent water solubility, stable viscosity, good permeability and low impurity content, perfectly formulated for cotton, viscose, silk and blended fabric reactive printing.
As the preferred thickener for reactive dye printing, printing grade sodium alginate will not react with reactive dyes. It delivers sharp patterns, uniform color penetration, smooth printing paste flow and easy washing after printing. Strict viscosity testing and heavy metal inspection are implemented for every batch, guaranteeing stable printing performance for continuous mass textile production.

A: Low and medium viscosity grades (100-600 cps) are commonly used for rotary printing, good fluidity for high-speed continuous printing. High viscosity grades (800 cps and above) fit flat screen printing for fine patterns.
A: Powder dissolves faster, granular type has low dust and anti-caking features. Both provide identical viscosity and printing effect after fully dissolved.
