Our Textile Grade Sodium Alginate is a natural seaweed polysaccharide, specially designed for digital textile printing pre-treatment. It acts as a thickener and color fixing agent on fabric coating. After padding with sodium alginate pre-treatment paste, fabrics can absorb ink evenly, prevent ink bleeding, improve ink dot definition and enhance color saturation. It delivers sharp, delicate patterns on various colored base fabrics.
It is widely used for cotton, viscose, linen and blended fabrics in reactive ink digital printing. We strictly control viscosity, particle size and impurity content. The pre-treatment paste has good permeability and stable viscosity, suitable for high-speed digital inkjet production lines and small batch sample printing.
