Shaanxi Shangyou Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. supplies EN 10088-3 grade 1.4404 stainless steel angle for chemical processing, coastal infrastructure, food equipment, pharmaceutical systems and wastewater facilities.
Grade 1.4404 corresponds to Type 316L / UNS S31603. It is a low-carbon, molybdenum-alloyed austenitic stainless steel used where corrosion requirements exceed those normally addressed by 1.4301.
The phrase “corrosive service” must be supported by actual operating data. Chemical concentration, temperature, chlorides, acidity, cleaning chemicals, deposits, crevices and design life all influence material suitability.

1.4404 is commonly selected for process frames, chemical equipment supports, coastal structures and hygienic machinery.
It is not universally resistant to every chemical. Buyers should provide medium, concentration, operating temperature, cleaning cycle and expected exposure conditions.
