Q: How do you manage the "Bottleneck" station in a 5-press tandem line?
A: Our Flow-Optimizer software analyzes the cycle time of each station in real-time. If Station 3 is slower due to a complex draw, the system automatically adjusts the acceleration of Robots 2 and 4 to "buffer" the movement, preventing the entire line from stopping and ensuring a smooth, continuous flow.
Q: Can your integrated line handle "Multi-Part" stamping (two parts per stroke)?
A: Yes. We design Dual-Grip EOAT and specialized "Part-Splitter" logic. The robot can pick two smaller blanks simultaneously, load them into a double-cavity die, and then extract the two finished parts into separate out-feed racks without decreasing the SPM.
