Automated Anodizing Production Line Overview:

It separates waste water into acid-base wastewater (from degreasing, etching) and heavy metal wastewater (from anodizing), each directed to dedicated collection points (within 5m of the line) via corrosion-resistant PVC pipes—facilitating easy treatment and compliance with standards like GB 21900-2008 and EU REACH. The line features 21 process tanks, including 3 anodizing tanks (15mm PP material) with 25V-3000A oil-cooled rectifiers (low energy consumption) and 4 coloring tanks (3mm 304 stainless steel) with temperature control. The gantry cranes (SS body, Italian motors) offer ±3mm positioning accuracy, ensuring efficient workpiece transfer. The air agitation system uses 10HP low-pressure blowers, with PP/stainless steel pipes that prevent solution contamination, while a 5μ filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) recycles cleaning water—reducing water usage by 25%. The PLC control system (Omron CP1L) allows remote monitoring, and the HMI displays energy and water consumption data for sustainability tracking.
