The anodizing section uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers, which provide high current density to accelerate oxide film formation—reducing anodizing time by 20% compared to standard lines. The cooling system (20HP air-cooled chillers) maintains stable tank temperature, preventing quality issues from overheating during fast cycles. Constructed with durable materials: 3mm 304 stainless steel for degreasing/coloring tanks (resisting chemical corrosion), 15mm PP for washing/anodizing tanks (lightweight yet strong). The electrical system uses Mitsubishi inverters for smooth crane operation and Omron thermostats for precise temperature control. Post-production, the line’s 11 washing tanks (with overflow devices) ensure thorough cleaning, while a 5μ filtration system keeps solutions pure. The HMI allows easy adjustment of cycle parameters, and the line supports 24/7 operation with minimal maintenance. Ideal for industries like consumer electronics and automotive parts, it meets the demands of high-volume production while maintaining consistent quality.
