Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Aesthetics matter in aluminum components, and our Customizable Automatic Anodizing Line offers versatile coloring options via 4 dedicated coloring tanks. Each tank (3mm 304 stainless steel) is equipped with steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) and Omron thermostats (temperature control accuracy ±1℃), allowing precise adjustment of color intensity—from light pastels to deep blacks—for automotive, architectural, and consumer goods applications. The line’s 21-tank process starts with chemical degreasing (removing oils) and alkali etching (smoothing surfaces), followed by 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers) that form a porous oxide film—critical for color absorption. After coloring, 4 washing tanks ensure color fastness, preventing fading or peeling. Controlled by Omron PLC, the line supports custom process recipes, with the HMI storing up to 50 color profiles for quick recall. The gantry cranes (±3mm positioning accuracy) ensure workpieces are evenly immersed in coloring tanks, guaranteeing uniform coloration. Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials (304 stainless steel, 15mm PP) and equipped with an independent exhaust system (removing coloring fumes), the line is both durable and safe. Additionally, a 5μ filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) keeps coloring solutions clean, maintaining color consistency across batches. For manufacturers seeking to enhance product aesthetics, this line delivers customizable, high-quality coloring with minimal waste.
