Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Uniform oxide film formation depends on precise temperature control, and our Precision Temperature-Controlled Automatic Anodizing Line delivers this with advanced temperature controlling technology. The anodizing tanks (3 total) are equipped with 20HP air-cooled chillers (U.S. "Tecumseh" compressors) and Omron thermostats, maintaining temperature at 15-20℃ (±2℃)—critical for forming a consistent oxide film (thickness variation <2μm). The chemical degreasing tank uses steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) with Omron thermostats, keeping temperature at 80-90℃ (±1℃) to ensure thorough oil removal. The 4 coloring tanks also use steam heating, with temperature controlled to 50-60℃ (±1℃) for uniform color absorption. Temperature sensors are placed at multiple points in each tank (top, middle, bottom) to ensure even heat distribution, and the PLC control system adjusts heating/cooling in real time based on sensor data. The tanks’ insulation (50mm rock wool for degreasing/coloring tanks) reduces temperature fluctuations, even in variable workshop environments. The line’s precision temperature control ensures consistent oxide film quality across batches, reducing rework rates. The 11 washing tanks (with temperature monitoring) also maintain optimal cleaning temperatures, further enhancing film adhesion. Suitable for industries requiring high-precision anodizing (e.g., aerospace, medical), this temperature-controlled line delivers uniform, reliable results.
