Basic composition and technical requirements of equipment
1. Function tank configuration
1-1 The first station: loading station
1-2 The second tank: chemical degreasing tank
1-2-1 structure:
Made of 3mm SUS304 material, the tank is guaranteed not to deform and not to leak, with good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a side drainage port.
1) Tank size: 800×4000×1600mm (L×W×H)
2) Reinforcement of the tank: 80*40*4mm square tube made of A3 material is welded, the thickness of the tank insulation layer is 50mm, the material is 100K rock wool, and the outer plate is 1mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate with rivet.
3) A set of SS serpentine steam heating tubes (on both sides) are installed in the tank.
4) Two exhaust hoods are arranged on both sides of the slot and connected to the exhaust main pipe (separately).
