Key Features & Capabilities
The welding head is mounted at one end of a crossbeam, providing vertical movement and horizontal extension/retraction capabilities
The column is mounted on a trolley via a rotary table with ±180° rotation capacity
Crossbeam extension and retraction are frequency-controlled for stable speed operation
Compatible with welding rotary tables, roller frames, and other positioners for internal/external circumferential welds, longitudinal welds, and surfacing welds on cylinders
Standard interface allows quick interchange between MIG/MAG welding torch and SAW welding head within minutes
Simultaneous switching of wire feeding mechanism, flux delivery and recovery system, and corresponding control parameters for multi-purpose functionality
