Max load capacity: The load at the boom extremity should not exceed the rated range. Typical welding manipulator load capacity can range from 300kg to over 1 ton depending on the model

Difference Between Welding Manipulator and Welding Positioner
Welding Manipulator: Moves the welding head (torch) to the workpiece. It positions the welding tool, allowing welders to reach difficult angles and positions.
Welding Positioner: Moves the workpiece itself. It rotates, tilts, or turns the component to bring the weld joint into the ideal position.
Application: For large-scale projects like shipbuilding and pressure vessel fabrication, they are often used together—the manipulator holds the torch while the positioner moves the tank or pipe.
