Overview
The Midea Water Cooled Screw Chiller lineup delivers uncompromising performance for industrial applications and large-scale commercial developments. The SHWE series (R134a fixed-speed) spans 94.6 to 565.6 RT (332.6-1,988kW) with benchmark efficiency, while the SCWG series combines R513A variable frequency and R134a fixed-speed options across a 90-550+ RT spectrum.
Constructed for uninterrupted operation, these chillers feature semi-hermetic twin-rotor screw compression modules with premium SKF bearings rated beyond 50,000 hours of continuous duty. Flooded evaporation architecture maximizes thermal transfer, while the integrated oil separator combined with dual oil return circuitry guarantees consistent lubrication. Differential pressure oil delivery eliminates external pump requirements, streamlining architecture and enhancing dependability.
Continuous capacity modulation enables precise load alignment, and electronic expansion valves deliver sub-degree temperature control. The 7-inch color touchscreen interface provides intuitive operation, while predictive load algorithms anticipate demand fluctuations. Variable frequency models incorporate soft-start technology protecting electrical infrastructure from transient currents.
