Product Overview
The Midea Air Cooled Scroll Chiller series delivers robust cooling and heating solutions tailored for large-scale commercial and industrial applications. Available in high-capacity (RHAE/RCAE 90-240HA, 319.9-860kW) and standard (RHAG/RCAG 100-260HA, 340-920kW) configurations, these chillers feature fully hermetic scroll compressors equipped with IDV (Intermediate Discharge Valve) technology for enhanced part-load performance.
The shell-and-tube water-side heat exchanger achieves up to 10% efficiency improvement, while high-precision electronic expansion valves ensure optimal refrigerant flow control. Advanced fuzzy logic self-learning defrost technology adapts to real-time conditions, maintaining heating capacity with less than 38% degradation even at temperatures as low as -15°C.
Designed for flexibility, the series supports seamless modular connection of up to 8 units, optional built-in hydraulic modules, and partial heat recovery for domestic hot water production at 40°C or 55°C. Low-noise options including compressor sound attenuation boxes are available for noise-sensitive installations.
