40.96kWh 448V Modular High Voltage Battery System with Eight Rack Modules
This 40.96kWh modular high voltage battery system uses eight 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 modules to create a nominal 448V battery bank. It is designed for storage projects where capacity, rack footprint and high-voltage PCS integration must be balanced within one coordinated system.
Increasing the number of series-connected modules raises the complete battery voltage and stored energy without increasing the system amp-hour rating. This allows a 40kWh-class battery bank to remain organized in a vertical rack architecture.
The module stack should be evaluated against the available cabinet height, service access and floor loading. The project should not be approved from electrical capacity alone.
Energy Density in the Rack
Eight modules provide a larger energy reserve while using a repeated mechanical format that simplifies cabinet planning.
Module-Level Handling
Individual modules can be transported and placed separately instead of moving the complete battery weight as one enclosure.

The rack layout should preserve access to module connections, LCD information and the system output cable route.
