336V 100Ah Modular High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery with PCS Compatibility
This 336V 100Ah modular high voltage LiFePO4 battery provides 30.72kWh of nominal energy for compatible PCS and inverter systems. Its six-module architecture is designed for projects where DC voltage matching and communication compatibility are major purchasing requirements.
The PCS DC battery input must support the entire 278.4–336Vdc operating range. Matching only the nominal 336V value is not sufficient because the battery voltage changes during operation.
The following information should be collected before the system is approved:
1. PCS minimum and maximum battery voltage.
2. Normal and maximum battery current.
3. Supported CAN or RS485 battery protocols.
4. Firmware version and communication-cable definition.
The system uses a 50A normal charge and discharge reference, with a listed maximum of 100A. The PCS operating current should be configured according to the project power, cable capacity and preferred battery operating strategy.
The battery current rating does not by itself define the AC system power. PCS conversion efficiency, operating voltage and load profile must also be included.
All high-voltage cables, M8 connections, breakers, fuses and disconnect devices must be rated for the actual DC voltage and current.
CAN or RS485 may transfer supported operating data between the battery and PCS. Compatibility depends on the message protocol as well as the physical port.
A PCS may have a CAN connector but use a protocol that is not supported by the selected battery configuration. The brand, exact model and firmware should therefore be provided before production.
The LCD provides a local reference during commissioning but should not be used as the only system-monitoring method.
The battery BMS includes protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature. These functions establish battery operating boundaries.
The BMS does not replace external high-voltage isolation, cable protection, emergency disconnection or project-level electrical safety measures.
Installation and commissioning should be completed by personnel qualified to work with the complete system voltage.
