The SEMIX341D16S is a robust industrial-grade IGBT half-bridge power module designed for high-power, high-voltage conversion systems. It delivers a high-performance rating of 1600V collector-emitter voltage and 450A continuous collector current. The module utilizes advanced IGBT chips with low saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) to minimize conduction losses, and is paired with fast soft-recovery freewheeling diodes that reduce switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its high-temperature capability (Tvjop typically 175°C) and low thermal resistance ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.
