The MMG200Q120B6TC is a high-performance Silicon Carbide (SiC) half-bridge power module designed for robust industrial and energy applications. It leverages the superior characteristics of SiC technology to deliver high efficiency and power density, featuring a 1200V voltage rating and a 200A current rating. The module exhibits an extremely low on-state resistance (Rds(on)), which minimizes conduction losses, while the fast switching capability of SiC significantly reduces switching losses. This enables operation at higher frequencies, allowing for smaller passive components and more compact system designs. Its industrial-grade construction ensures reliable operation at high temperatures and under demanding conditions.
