Cuplock Scaffolding is a robust modular system engineered for high-load applications like bridge construction, industrial maintenance, and high-rise building. Its unique cup-and-blade connection mechanism offers superior stability and faster assembly compared to traditional tube-and-coupler systems, making it ideal for projects where both speed and structural integrity are critical.
Features & Functions
Fast Hammer-Lock Assembly: Features forged blades on horizontals that slot into fixed cups on verticals, secured by a rotating top cup. This allows for rapid, tool-light assembly of up to four components at a node, drastically cutting labor time.
Exceptional Load-Bearing Capacity: The rigid node connection and high-strength steel construction provide excellent vertical load transfer, making it suitable for supporting heavy concrete formwork and material hoists.
Modular Flexibility: Standard components can be configured for straight facades, circular structures, stair towers, and large-area shoring platforms with minimal need for custom parts.
Enhanced Safety & Durability: Hot-dip galvanized finish ensures long-term corrosion resistance, while the positive mechanical lock reduces the risk of accidental disassembly on site.
Standard Tube: 48.3mm OD x 3.2mm / 4.0mm Wall Thickness
Cup Spacing: 500mm or 600mm intervals on verticals
Load Capacity: Up to 55 kN per standard leg (config-dependent)

Is the plastic template prone to deformation?
In long-term high temperature environments, slight deformation may occur. We recommend aluminum alloy formwork or steel frame wood formwork for high temperature areas.
What are the defects of the plastic template system?
Limited load capacity for large-sized concrete structures and poor high temperature resistance with potential deformation in high-temperature areas.
What is the payment method you require?
Payments ≤1,000USD: 100% in advance. Payments ≥10,000USD: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. L/C also accepted.
