Product Description
The annular blowout preventer is an important part of the well control device, which is mainly used to control the wellhead pressure in drilling, workover, oil testing and other operations, effectively prevent blowout accidents, and achieve safe construction. The annular BOP must be equipped with BOP hydraulic controls before it can be used, and it is usually used in conjunction with the ram BOP or on its own.
The annular BOP consists of the body, upper housing, dust-proof ring, piston and packing element etc. It can seal all kinds of kelly, drill pipe, tool joint, drill collar, casing and cable, etc., and it can also completely shut off and seal the wellbore when there isn’t any drilling tool in the well hole. This BOP, when using accumulators, can allow the 18°/35°non-fine threaded tool joint pass through to carry out snubbing operation.
It can fully enclose the wellhead when there is no drilling tool; Annular space can be formed when there are drilling tools
According to the shape of the rubber core can be dividing into: conical ring preventer, spherical ring preventer, cylindrical ring preventer.
1. Cast from high-quality alloy steel that complies with NACE MR-01-75 regulations.
2. The stroke is short, the height is low, the piston is large and wear-resistant
3. It is easy to disassemble and assemble with flange connection(Rated working pressure≤35MPa)
4. The wedge-shaped block has high connection strength, uniform force on the shell, and is convenient for assembly and disassembly(Rated working pressure≥70MPa)
5. Tested according to API 16A specifications during the manufacturing process to ensure safety and reliability
6. It has a large amount of rubber replenishment reserves
