Double Ram BOP, Double Ram Blowout Preventer for Onshore Drilling Well Control
Product Description
The double Ram BOP can be used to quickly seal the top of the well to prevent blowouts in workover and drilling operations. A ram blowout preventer consists of two halves of a cover for the well that are split down the middle. It combines the functions of full sealing and semi-sealing into one, and has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, and high pressure resistance. It is a safety sealing wellhead device commonly used in oil fields to prevent blowouts. It can be used in conjunction with annular blowout preventers. Fully sealed blowout preventers can seal the entire wellhead; semi-sealed ones seal the annular section of the wellhead when there is a drill pipe.
We can provide many types of BOP for customers to choose. The bore hole size of our BOP products range from 65mm (2 9/16’’) to 762 (30’’), and the pressure grades range from 3.5MPa (500psi) to 140MPa (20000psi). The bodies are made by casting or forging with locking mechanism by manual or hydraulic operations. The rubber sealing parts used in our BOPs have the features of good resistance to low temperature, high temperature and hydrogen sulfide.

3. The intermediate flange switch is hydraulically controlled, the sealing combination is more durable, and the gate is replaced quickly and conveniently.
4. Equipped with auxiliary cylinders, compared with traditional gate blowout preventers, the function remains unchanged and the volume is smaller
5. The gate rubber core has abundant reserves and adopts self-sufficient seals to prepare for emergencies.
6. Manual, hydraulic locking devices and auxiliary cylinders can be flexibly configured in corresponding positions according to customer needs, and are easy to interchange.
7. The gate cavity of the blowout preventer can install various gate assemblies of the same type of foreign blowout preventers.
