2. Structure & Materials
Core Structure: All-aluminum plate-fin design, composed of multi-layer high-density aluminum fins and aluminum alloy heat exchange tubes. It features large heat dissipation area, excellent thermal conductivity and high pressure resistance.
Oil Tanks: Made of high-strength cast aluminum with integral forging. Oil inlet and outlet are integrated at both ends for outstanding vibration resistance and leak-proof performance.
Port Specification: Both inlet and outlet diameter: φ50mm. Matched with original high-pressure hose connectors for reliable sealing.
Mounting Bracket: Made of thickened Q345 steel plate with shock-absorbing rubber pads. It perfectly fits original mounting holes of SY365H and reduces fatigue caused by resonance.
Protection Design: Equipped with a removable front dust screen to block mine dust and catkins. Easy for daily cleaning and prevents fin clogging.
Heat Dissipation Performance: Adopts 40-ton class independent oil cooling system. It lowers oil temperature by 8–10℃ compared with conventional models and maintains stable performance under high temperature.
Testing Standard: 100% hydraulic pressure test (1.5MPa for 30 minutes) and pulse cycle test before delivery, ensuring no leakage and no deformation.
4. Functions & Features
Core Function: Forcefully cool high-temperature hydraulic oil, stabilize oil temperature and prevent oil deterioration under heat. It ensures normal operation of precision components such as main pump, multi-way valve and motor.

Avoid weak operation, jitter and slow movement in high-temperature environments.
Prevent hydraulic oil from oxidation and coking, reduce sludge formation and extend oil service life.
Protect oil seals and gaskets against aging and leakage, cutting maintenance costs.

Independent cooling compartment increases air intake by around 20%, with no decline in heat dissipation efficiency under high temperature.

Connected with SANY DOMCS intelligent control system. It automatically adjusts fan speed according to hydraulic load to reduce fuel consumption and operating noise.
