2. Structure & Materials
Core Structure: Manufactured with all-aluminum plate-fin vacuum brazing technology. Combined with multi-layer high-density turbulent fins and aluminum alloy flat tubes, it delivers high heat exchange efficiency, outstanding pressure resistance and vibration resistance.
Air Tank & End Cover: Integrally formed from high-strength cast aluminum. The flanges of air inlet and outlet are thickened and reinforced for solid structure. It can withstand high pressure without cracking or air leakage, and maintains long-term stable sealing performance.
Port Specification: Both air inlet and outlet diameter are φ80mm, perfectly compatible with the original turbocharger and intake pipes.
Mounting Frame: Made of thickened Q345 steel plate and fitted with standard shock-absorbing rubber pads. It aligns accurately with original mounting holes, effectively buffers resonance generated during operation and extends service life.
Protection Device: A removable dust screen is mounted at the front to block dust and debris from mines and construction sites. It prevents fin clogging and ensures smooth air intake and efficient heat exchange.
Air Temperature: Outlet temperature from turbocharger: 120℃~180℃; Outlet temperature after cooling: ≤60℃
Applicable Power: Meets the operating requirements of the 212kW Isuzu 6HK1 engine, suitable for heavy-duty continuous operation.
Factory Inspection: All finished products undergo a 30-minute air pressure holding test at 0.5MPa and pulse cycle test to eliminate air leakage, deformation and welding failure.
4. Functions & Features
Core Function: Cool high-temperature compressed air from the turbocharger, lower intake temperature and increase oxygen content of intake air. It optimizes fuel combustion efficiency to boost power output, reduce fuel consumption and cut exhaust emissions.
Advantages: Resolve common issues under high-temperature conditions including insufficient engine power, excessive fuel consumption and black smoke emission. It reduces overall engine thermal load and risks of knocking and pre-ignition, so as to effectively protect key components such as pistons, valves and cylinder liners.
Working Condition Adaptation: Adopting reinforced overall structure, the thickened fins and sturdy air tanks feature excellent impact resistance and vibration resistance, adapting to harsh working environments like mining and earthmoving.
Pipeline Matching: Precisely compatible with original turbocharger and intake manifold. It creates low air resistance and stable airflow, ensuring sensitive power response of the engine.
