2. Structure & Materials
Core: Adopts all-aluminum plate-fin design with vacuum brazing technology. Equipped with multi-layer high-density aluminum fins and aluminum alloy heat exchange tubes, it delivers high thermal conductivity and excellent pressure resistance.
Water Tank: Integrally forged from high-strength cast aluminum. Inlet and outlet ports are integrated on the top and bottom, featuring great vibration resistance and reliable leak-proof performance for long-term use.
Port Specification: Both inlet and outlet diameter: φ60mm. Compatible with original heat-resistant and pressure-resistant hose connectors for stable sealing.
Mounting Bracket: Made of thickened Q345 steel plate and fitted with standard shock-absorbing rubber pads. It perfectly matches the original mounting holes and effectively reduces damage caused by resonance.
Protection Device: A removable dust screen is installed at the front to block dust and debris from construction and mining sites. It is easy to clean and prevents fin clogging which would impair heat dissipation.
Normal Operating Water Temperature: 80–95℃, High-temperature Alarm Temperature: ≥105℃
Heat Dissipation Performance: Fully meets the cooling demand of 200kW Isuzu 6HK1 Engine. The heat dissipation capacity remains stable even under extreme high-temperature conditions.
Factory Inspection: All products undergo a 30-minute hydraulic pressure test at 0.4MPa and pulse cycle test to ensure zero leakage and deformation.
4. Functions & Features
Core Function: Forcefully dissipate heat from engine coolant and stabilize operating water temperature. It prevents engine overheating, cylinder scuffing and other faults, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the power system.
Advantages: Effectively solve problems including power reduction, higher fuel consumption and idle vibration under high temperature; reduce cavitation and boiling of coolant to extend the service life of auxiliary parts such as water pump and thermostat; protect cylinder block and cylinder head gasket, and lower risks of thermal deformation and fluid leakage.
Working Condition Adaptation: Designed with thickened fins and reinforced water tanks, the product is impact and vibration resistant, suitable for harsh working scenarios such as mining, heavy-load and non-stop operation. The independent radiator compartment increases air intake by around 20% for steady heat dissipation.
Intelligent Compatibility: Connected to SANY DOMCS intelligent control system. It automatically adjusts the speed of cooling fan according to real-time engine load to save fuel and reduce operating noise.
