Metric Thread Through The Panel: The straight brass body passes through a chassis panel or frame on an M16x1.5 or M18x1.5 thread and is clamped from the other side, so the tube crosses the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp.
Air Brake Rated, 0-1.0 MPa: Built for air brake systems at 0-1.0 MPa working pressure and produced to ISO 4039 / DIN 74324, the connector is assembled at +5 to +60 °C, the normal workshop range, so push-in seating is reliable on the line and in the field.
Brake Pipe Connector with a straight brass body for routing air brake lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. The M16x1.5 / M18x1.5 metric thread passes through the panel and is clamped from the other side, so the line crosses the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp, while the straight shape keeps the tube run in line and free of side load. The push-in ends accept 5/16 inch PA11, PA12 and PU tube by hand, which matches the air lines used on bus, truck, trailer and semi-trailer brake circuits.
Rated for air brake systems at 0-1.0 MPa working pressure and produced to ISO 4039 / DIN 74324, the connector is inspected for dimensions and thread before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop. Assembly is specified for +5 to +60 °C, the normal workshop range, and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance, so repairs and panel rework do not need new hardware.
Supplied as part numbers 623 7900 and 623 7615, the connector is engineered for high frequency fleet maintenance and OEM replacement on bus, truck, trailer and semi-trailer air brake lines, including ABS / EBS and air suspension. The brass thread body resists condensation, road salt and oil mist, and the product is packed neutral or with custom marking for distributor and OEM programs.

Open the packaging carefully, inspect the coupling body, sealing ring and tube ends for scratches or damage, and handle gently to avoid surface scratch or seal damage.
