Through-Panel Push-In: The bulkhead version passes the air line straight through a chassis panel or frame with the brass thread doing the clamping, so one connector replaces a union plus an extra bracket, and both tube ends still push in by hand with no tools.
Holds Under Pull And Vibration: Pull-out force is 150 N or more, so the tube stays seated on chassis, axle and body runs where vibration works fittings loose; a 5-6 mm bore keeps flow restriction low through the 45-65 mm body.
Push-In Bulkhead Connector for routing air brake and pneumatic lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. The brass thread clamps the connector to the panel and the push-in ends seat the tube on both sides, so a line crosses the panel without a separate union, bracket or hose clamp. Pull-out force is 150 N or more, which keeps the tube seated on chassis, axle and body runs where vibration and line load work fittings loose.
The connector is supplied as part number 623 7615 with a 5-6 mm bore and a 45-65 mm overall length, sized for the air lines used on bus, truck, trailer and semi-trailer brake circuits, including ABS / EBS and air suspension. Push-in assembly takes seconds per end and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance, so line repairs do not need new hardware.
Rated from -40 to +100 °C, the brass thread body and push-in ends stay stable from cold start to hot engine bay conditions and resist condensation, road salt and oil mist. The connector suits high frequency fleet maintenance and OEM replacement, and is supplied with neutral or custom packing for distributor and OEM programs.
