This series of 304 stainless steel hex socket hinge rivets are high-precision fasteners specially designed for movable connection. Integrally CNC machined from solid 304 stainless steel, the rivets feature a built-in hex socket for auxiliary locking, fine adjustment and precise press fitting. Different from ordinary rivets without adjustable structure, our products ensure smooth jitter-free rotation, minimal assembly gap and firm connection after installation, effectively solving common problems such as hinge shaking, abnormal noise, wear and loosening. With excellent rust and corrosion resistance, these custom rivets are widely applicable for long-term reciprocating rotating and humid working conditions.
Made of genuine 304 stainless steel with dense texture and no pores or impurities. It delivers outstanding rust resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, adapting to humid, outdoor, dusty and slightly corrosive environments. It is wear-resistant and durable for long-term reciprocating rotation, reducing equipment maintenance and replacement frequency.
The precisely processed standard hex socket features uniform stress bearing, allowing auxiliary positioning, locking and fine adjustment with hexagonal wrenches. It corrects positioning deviation and assembly looseness caused by traditional stamping rivets, greatly improving assembly accuracy and gap control for hinge structures.
Integral solid turning and milling process ensures seamless structure and high overall rigidity. The rivets feature excellent shear resistance and compression resistance, not easy to deform or bend under high load and frequent rotation. It provides more stable structural performance than hollow rivets and ordinary stamping rivets.
Strict dimensional tolerance control for outer diameter, total length, concentricity and end face flatness. The burr-free and smooth surface ensures uniform hinge gap, flexible rotation without jitter, jamming or abnormal noise, meeting the high-precision assembly requirements of precision equipment and jigs.
Specially designed for hinge structures and rotating movable joints. It balances firm fastening and flexible rotation, avoiding the common defects of excessive tightening jamming or loose shaking of ordinary fasteners, ensuring stable and smooth operation of movable mechanical components.
