Situo Hardware specializes in custom manufacturing of 304 stainless steel double-headed rivets, double cap rivets, double-sided clamping rivets and articulated fasteners. These products are widely applied in automation equipment, sheet metal housings, tooling jigs, mechanical modules and precision articulated connection fields.
This series of 304 stainless steel double-headed rivets, also known as double-cap rivets and double-sided clamping rivets, are high-precision solid fasteners specially designed for double-sided flush riveting and movable articulation. Integrally CNC machined from solid 304 stainless steel, they feature symmetrical double-head structure with uniform stress and flat double-sided fitting.
Different from ordinary single-sided rivets, they avoid uneven pressing and protruding defects. After installation, both sides are smooth and flush without burrs or protrusions, realizing balanced clamping force. The rivets support both high-strength static riveting and flexible movable articulation. With excellent rust resistance and structural stability, they adapt to various complex working conditions and support full-size non-standard customization.
Made of genuine solid SUS304 stainless steel with dense texture and high toughness. Features excellent shear resistance, compression resistance, rust resistance and salt spray corrosion resistance. Remains stable without deformation or loosening in humid, dusty and outdoor environments.
Integrated symmetrical double-head design with precision polished finish ensures uniform radian and flat fitting on both sides. No protrusions, burrs or indentations after riveting, preventing profile scratching and movement interference.
Unique double-sided force structure ensures even pressure during pressing, avoiding plate deformation and ensuring tight fitting with minimal gap. Can be used as fixed rivet for high-strength locking and articulated pin for flexible component rotation.
One-time CNC turning and milling forming strictly controls key tolerances. Burr-free smooth surface ensures stable precision and consistent batch dimensions with excellent interchangeability.
Solid integrated structure provides high rigidity and excellent impact and vibration resistance. Effectively prevents rivet displacement, shaking and abnormal noise during long-term equipment operation.
Customizable diameter, total length, double-cap thickness, cap diameter and arc radian. Special specifications available including lengthened, thickened and ultra-thin cap rivets.
Full-process quality control includes material verification, dimensional tolerance detection, concentricity calibration, surface screening and finished product pressure testing.
We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001.
