This series of stainless steel special shaped rivets are high-precision non-standard customized riveting fasteners, including step type, eccentric type, multi-section type, special head type, and irregular profile rivets. Integrally formed by cold forging and CNC precision machining with solid 304/303 stainless steel, they break through the structural limitations of standard rivets.
Customized special shapes are available according to special equipment structures, narrow installation spaces, and hinge movement requirements. Featuring smooth burr-free surfaces, high dimensional accuracy, and perfect structural fitting, these rivets adapt to special station assembly and irregular clamping groove installation.
Made of genuine solid SUS304 and SUS303 stainless steel with dense texture and high mechanical toughness. Excellent rust resistance, oxidation resistance, and salt spray corrosion resistance for long-term service in demanding industrial environments.
All kinds of special irregular structures customizable, including step rivets, eccentric rivets, multi-section rivets, and special head rivets. Customized strictly according to customer drawings and samples to solve assembly pain points.
Cold forging preliminary forming + CNC precision turning and milling composite technology ensures strict control of special profile tolerance, concentricity, and verticality. Zero gap fitting with mounting holes without skew or jamming.
Two structural types available: static fastening type with strong shear resistance and anti-vibration performance, and movable articulated type with smooth operation and excellent anti-fatigue performance.
All products are polished, deburred, and precisely trimmed with smooth and regular special profiles. No sharp edges or tool marks that could interfere with equipment operation.
Support for small-batch sample making, medium-batch trial production, and large-batch mass production. Rapid processing without complex mold opening, with flexible modification and short customization cycles.
Full-process quality inspection includes material verification, special profile dimension calibration, tolerance detection, surface screening, and assembly adaptability sampling. High precision and strong interchangeability guaranteed.
We specialize in custom processing of non-standard stainless steel special shaped rivets with a complete precision hardware production system. Our full production workflow includes material screening & cutting, cold forging forming, CNC special-shaped precision machining, profile trimming, polishing & deburring, full dimension inspection, assembly test, and packaging & delivery.
Fast sample making is available for conventional special structures, with non-standard customization taking 3-5 working days. Small and bulk orders are acceptable. We provide material test reports, dimension inspection reports, and quality certificates with export-grade packaging.
We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60mm, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001mm.
